- A neighbourhood park with a playground or open field.
- Time
- One visit. Sketch the map while you’re still there.
- Who
- Toddlers can be the compass; older kids draw the map.
How to play
One park you can see most of from the playground.
- Start at the playground. That’s home base.
- Walk the clues in order if you can. Skip anything fenced or unsafe.
- The treasure is pretend unless you agree on a pinecone. Leave living plants alone.
